Cancellations: A 25% deposit is required upon booking. - Reservations cancelled 30 days or more in advance of your arrival are refundable (less a 10% administration fee). - Reservations cancelled or reduced with between 2 and 29 days notice, Riverfront Chalets will retain the 25% deposit. - Reservations cancelled or reduced with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
Chalet Selection: Please keep in mind that although we will make every effort to ensure you get the chalet you selected at the time of your reservation situations may arise that will force us to change your reserved chalet.
Check-in : Check-in 3:00pmCheck-out 12:00pm
Cleaning Fee: Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.
Damages: You will be responsible for any damages to the chalets, furnishings, property or equipment by yourself or your guests. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.
Deposit: 25% deposit is due upon booking in order to guarantee your reservation.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable and can be applied to any of our products or services.
Hot Tub: The outdoor hot tub seats six people, and is EXCLUSIVELY for chalet clients. Please do not exceed this limit as it will cause water to overflow from the tub. If the tub loses too much water, the tub will not be able to self-clean and the chemical balance will be interrupted. Correcting this imbalance can take up to 24hrs, during which the hot tub will not be available for you or other guests. In the event that you exceed the 6-person capacity of the hot tub, you could be charged a maximum $200 fee on your credit card to cover the cost of correcting the issue.
Pet Policy: We are unable to accommodate pets in the chalets due to possible allergens. Allowing animals of any kind in your chalet will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.
Smoking Policy (general): For a clean and healthy living environment, our chalets are smoke-free. Any smoking in chalets will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.
Visitors: Guests are welcome to have up to FOUR extra visitors during their stay. Please note that visitors must be off-site by 10:00pm and visitors may NOT use the hot tub.
