Guests may smoke on the river when we stop on shore, but we ask that they collect their butts in Ziploc bag to protect the environment.
Water Levels: It is possible that we may have to cancel a rafting trip with little or no notice if the water levels are dangerously high. In the event your rafting trip is cancelled for safety reasons you will receive a full refund for your rafting trip.
Weather Policy for Rafting Trips: Whitewater rafting is an all-weather activity, and it is very rare that we are forced to cancel a trip due to weather. In the unlikely event that we deem the weather unacceptable for rafting, we will refund any monies paid with no penalty.
